At clothescove, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding our shipping and delivery services. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Service Coverage

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders cannot be shipped to the following destinations at this time:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • International destinations

We are actively working on expanding our logistics capabilities to support more locations in the future.


2. Carriers & Logistics Partners

We partner with reliable national and international carriers to ensure quality service and efficient delivery. Depending on your location and shipping method selected, your order may be fulfilled by one or more of the following providers:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • DHL eCommerce / Express
  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • Regional/local carriers

Carrier selection is determined based on real-time logistics optimization and cannot be chosen manually at checkout.


3. Order Processing

All orders are processed during standard business operations:

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays)
  • Processing Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time includes both order processing and transit time. The following are estimated timeframes under normal circumstances:

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier’s systems.

If you do not receive a tracking link within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.


6. Customized & Made-to-Order Items

For items that include customization or are made to order, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for production prior to shipping. Estimated delivery timelines will be updated during the checkout process and reflected in your confirmation email.


7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of order. clothescove is not liable for delays, losses, or non-deliveries resulting from the following:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address information
  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
  • Change of address after dispatch

If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We strive to meet our stated delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Carrier backlogs
  • Public health events

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our support team will keep you updated on the progress of your shipment when possible.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Shipments

If your tracking status indicates delivery but you have not received your order:

  • First, check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk.
  • If unresolved, contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.
clothescove is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation unless proven to be due to carrier negligence.
