1. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

2. Return Window

You have a period of 60 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return or exchange.

3. Product Condition for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the following condition:

  • Only new products are accepted. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

4. Return Method

All returns will be processed by mail.

5. Return Label & Restocking Fee

A return label will be included in the package you receive. There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items
